The follower of the accelerating events in Kosovo and the attack on police forces in a town adjacent to the border with Serbia is fully aware that Russia is seeking to ignite an armed conflict in the Balkan region to exhaust NATO and reduce the pace of aid and military support to Ukraine.
What reinforces this proposition is the Kosovo Prime Minister’s accusation of Russia’s involvement, through Wagner’s mercenaries, in recent events to drag the region into a war and a conspiracy whose threads are revealed through Serbia’s mobilization of artillery forces on the Kosovo borders.
