What China is interested in is the neutrality of European countries towards the escalation between China and Taiwan.

What European countries, such as the United States of America, reject is the possibility of a repeat of the Ukrainian scenario and the danger of China’s invasion of Taiwan and its repercussions on the level of international security and global trade.

A review of Europe’s relations with China by moving away from the American position is almost impossible at the present time because Europe is organically linked to the United States of America militarily, security, commercially and energy and has the same security concerns, especially with regard to China’s plans to control infrastructure through The 5G technology.

As for China, it fears the expansion of the United States of America in its regional environment through a series of alliances that have been concluded recently with various countries of heavyweight in Asia and the Pacific.

Control of Taiwan, international security and world trade are the core of China’s strategy in assessing its international relations.
